Kohl's

Kohl's marketplace orders and returns, pulled through Mirakl and matched to the same SKU you sell everywhere else.

Kohl's runs its marketplace on Mirakl, so Reportly connects to it with the same Mirakl connection it uses for Macy's and Nordstrom: the seller credentials Kohl's issues you, entered once.

What you get. Kohl's orders and order lines, the returns raised against them, and the reason the shopper gave. Every line is matched to the product in your Shopify catalog, so a style sold on Kohl's and on your own site is one product in Reportly, not two.

Why it is worth connecting. Kohl's sells at a different price point and to a different shopper than a luxury department store, so the same style can move at a different pace and come back for a different reason. Reportly puts those numbers side by side on one SKU.

Questions it answers. How is this SKU selling on Kohl's against Macy's and our own site. Which products return hardest on Kohl's. Is the size profile of Kohl's returns different from our own. What is left of the margin once the commission and the returns are taken off.

What it needs from you. Your Kohl's Mirakl host, your seller ID and an API key from the Kohl's seller portal. Read access is enough. Reportly never writes back to your listings.

One honest note. Marketplace returns arrive on the retailer's timetable, not yours, so a recent month will look better than it will end up. Reportly projects the settled rate rather than showing you a raw number to misread.
