Mirakl is the platform a large share of department stores and marketplaces run their seller programmes on. Connecting Mirakl once gives Reportly a route into every operator you sell through on it, rather than a separate integration per retailer.
What Reportly reads. Orders and order lines through the OR11 endpoint, returns and their operator reason codes through RT11, and your live offers through OF21. The offers are what let Reportly match a marketplace listing back to the product in your Shopify catalogue, so the same jacket is one product no matter how many operators list it.
Why the return reasons matter. Marketplace returns are usually richer than the ones you get on your own store, because the retailer asks the shopper a structured question rather than leaving a free text box. Reportly normalises each operator's codes into a single vocabulary, so a size complaint from Macy's and a size complaint from Nordstrom sit in the same bucket and can be counted together.
What it needs from you. The operator's Mirakl host, your seller account and an API key generated in that operator's seller portal. Each retailer issues its own credentials, so you connect them one at a time, and each appears in Reportly as its own channel.
One honest note. Reason codes are set by the operator, not by Mirakl, so the depth varies between retailers. Reportly maps what each one actually sends and marks the rest as unspecified rather than guessing.
