Nordstrom

Nordstrom sales and returns, joined to the same SKU you sell everywhere else so the comparison is like for like.

Nordstrom's marketplace also runs on Mirakl, so the connection works the same way it does for Macy's: the seller credentials Nordstrom issues you, entered once, and orders start arriving.

What you get. Nordstrom orders and order lines, the returns raised against them, and the reason the shopper gave. Every line is matched back to the product in your Shopify catalogue, so a jacket you sell on Nordstrom, on Macy's and on your own site is one product in Reportly with three channels under it.

Why it is worth connecting. Nordstrom's own reporting stops at Nordstrom. It cannot tell you whether a style returns harder there than it does on your own site, or whether the size that comes back is the same size in both places. That comparison is the reason to connect it.

Questions it answers. How is this SKU performing on Nordstrom against Macy's. Which products return hardest on Nordstrom specifically. Is the size profile of Nordstrom's returns different from our own. What is left of the margin once the commission and the returns are taken off.

What it needs from you. Your Nordstrom Mirakl host, your seller ID and an API key from the Nordstrom seller portal. Read access is enough. Reportly never writes back to your listings.

One honest note. Nordstrom returns arrive later than Shopify ones — a department store return travels through the store's own process before it reaches you. Reportly measures each channel against its own settled curve rather than assuming they behave the same, so a recent Nordstrom month is not made to look better than it will end up.
