Macy's runs its marketplace on Mirakl, so Reportly connects to it the same way it connects to any Mirakl operator: with the seller credentials Macy's issues you in its own portal.
What you get. Every Macy's order and order line, the returns against them, and the reason code the shopper selected. Because the offers feed maps each Macy's listing to the product in your Shopify catalogue, a style you sell on Macy's, on Nordstrom and on your own site is a single product in Reportly with three channels under it.
What that makes possible. The Macy's seller portal reports on Macy's. It cannot tell you whether a jacket returns harder there than it does on your own store, or whether the size that comes back is the same size in both places. That comparison is the reason to connect it.
Questions it answers. How is this SKU performing on Macy's against Nordstrom. Which products return hardest on Macy's specifically. Is the size profile of Macy's returns different from our own. What is left of the margin once the commission and the returns are taken off.
What it needs from you. Your Macy's Mirakl host, your seller ID and an API key from the Macy's seller portal. Read access is enough. Reportly never writes back to your listings.
One honest note. Macy's returns arrive on the retailer's timetable, not yours, so a recent month will always look better than it will end up. Reportly projects the settled rate rather than showing you a raw number and letting you misread it.
